SweepHub is a tracking, organizational, and informational tool only. SweepHub does not offer, operate, facilitate, or promote gambling, wagering, betting, sweepstakes entries, or gaming services.

We collect information you provide directly when you use SweepHub, including your email address or other account details used for sign-in, display name, optional profile image, transactions you log, casino selections, daily login settings, referral links, notification preferences, and support communications. We also collect limited device, app, diagnostic, and usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve SweepHub.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and maintain SweepHub, authenticate your account, sync and display your logged data, generate insights, support daily login and referral link features, schedule reminders and notifications you enable, process and restore premium subscriptions, troubleshoot issues, monitor app stability, improve performance, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Where Information Is Stored
Information may be stored locally on your device and in third-party infrastructure we use to run SweepHub, including services for authentication and database storage, subscription and purchase status, notifications, app diagnostics, and app delivery. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain security and backup records.
4. Subscriptions And Purchases
If you purchase SweepHub Premium, subscription processing, renewals, cancellations, and restore flows are handled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and related payment infrastructure rather than by SweepHub directly. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive subscription status information such as entitlement state, expiration date, renewal status, product identifier, and purchase history metadata needed to grant or remove premium access.
5. Notifications
If you enable notifications, SweepHub may send local or push reminders such as Daily News Digest, Daily Bonus Reminder, and Daily Bankroll Reminder. Notification timing depends on your device settings, operating system behavior, and reminder preferences. You can disable notifications in the app or in your device settings at any time.
6. Sharing Of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate SweepHub, including providers for authentication and database hosting, subscription infrastructure, app diagnostics and crash reporting, push or local notification infrastructure, app distribution, and customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
7. Third-Party Services And Links
SweepHub may display or link to third-party services, including external casino websites, community articles, app store pages, and sign-in providers such as Apple or Google. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, security, billing practices, availability, or data handling once you leave or interact with services outside SweepHub.
8. Your Choices And Controls
Depending on the feature and applicable law, you may be able to review, update, export, or delete certain information in the app, including transaction data, settings, referral links, and profile details. You may also sign out, change notification preferences, and manage subscriptions through the applicable app store account tools. If you request account or data deletion, some information may remain for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or recordkeeping purposes where permitted or required by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of storage, transmission, or electronic security is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
SweepHub is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum digital age in the relevant jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. International Processing
If you use SweepHub from outside the country where our service providers operate, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and last updated date shown in the app and on this page. Continued use of SweepHub after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by law.
